27 . Pike Queen Lucy
Pike Queen Lucy is a Frontier Brain appearing in the Pokemon anime series, who is the Frontier Brain of the Battle Pike in the Battle Frontier in the Hoenn region.
Her costume is made to look like a Seviper, her signature Pokémon. She is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Pike Queen.
26. Malva
Malva is a Fire-type Trainer and member of the Kalos Elite Four. In addition, she was also a member of Team Flare prior to the organization’s disbandment.
Malva is an ill-tempered, self-absorbed, and very malicious person.

Clair is the Gym Leader of the Blackthorn City Gym located in Johto. She uses Dragon-type Pokemon, much like her cousin, Lance.
Clair holds a great deal of pride in her appearance — much like Lance does. Her competitive and tough, prideful attitude is often seen as both inspirational and intimidating to some.

Although Bea has a stern exterior, she is actually a sweet person when she smiles, indicating that she can be outwardly nice to trusted ones.

Elesa is Gym Leader of Nimbasa City’s gym of the Unova region.

Like the rest of the Unova gym leaders, Elesa has a career outside of being a gym leader, in which she is a supermodel.

Skyla is the Gym Leader of Mistralton City’s gym in the Unova region.
Her gym is the sixth gym to be challenged by the player character. Skyla specializes in using Flying-type Pokemon.
She will award the player character the Jet Badge she is defeated. She first appeared in Pokemon Black and White.
When she’s not Gym Battling, she works as a cargo jet pilot.
