27 . Pike Queen Lucy
Pike Queen Lucy is a Frontier Brain appearing in the Pokemon anime series, who is the Frontier Brain of the Battle Pike in the Battle Frontier in the Hoenn region.
Her costume is made to look like a Seviper, her signature Pokémon. She is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Pike Queen.
Malva is a Fire-type Trainer and member of the Kalos Elite Four. In addition, she was also a member of Team Flare prior to the organization’s disbandment.

She can first be seen at Motostoke Stadium while the player and Hop register for the Gym Challenge.
